Seven days, one hour a day we will go inside ourselves using this guided meditation created under the guidance of OSHO, and connect to our Body-Mind and its issues. We lovingly reconnect to ourselves and start a healing process by expressing gratitude to the body, and communicating with the unconscious. This is useful for eliminating unhealthy habits, body aches and pains, weight control, migraines or anything in the Body-Mind that is out of natural balance. This meditation is about relaxing and making friends with yourself just the way you are The meditative process we enter here is of one of relaxing and allowing.
In deep relaxation the unconscious mind becomes very open to suggestion, and it will start working for you in new ways without you having to consciously “do” anything. It’s a beautiful process. “You will have to relax from the circumference.
The first step in relaxing is the body. Remember as many times as possible to look in the body, whether you are carrying some tension in the body somewhere - at the neck, in the head, in the legs. Relax it consciously. Just go to that part of the body. Close your eyes and go to that part of the body, and persuade that part, say to it lovingly, “Relax.” And you will be surprised that if you just approach lovingly to any part of your body, it listens, it follows you - it is your body.” OSHO.
